At Winfinite Consulting, we are dedicated to delivering a comprehensive learning experience through our Cybersecurity Programs. To ensure clarity and fairness across all jurisdictions, we have outlined the following Terms of Service:

By accessing winfiniteconsulting.com, our Learning Management System and Programs (the “Site”), you enter into a binding agreement with Winfinite Consulting Inc. You agree to adhere to these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations. You also acknowledge your responsibility to comply with any local laws that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing the Site or purchasing any services or products.

Service

Winfinite Consulting provides consulting services across Canada, US, UK and Europe. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

Commitment and Participation

You agree to:

  • Actively participate in any program you subscribe to
  • Attend classes regularly
  • Complete assigned tasks and activities
  • Respect fellow participants and instructors
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the Program
  • Refrain from harassing, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
  • Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of Winfinite Consulting’s systems or data

Intellectual property and ownership

All content on our website or Learning Management System (LMS) including text, graphics, logo, quizzes, videos, images, and all training materials, including case studies, simulations, and group activities, are proprietary to Winfinite Consulting. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of Winfinite Consulting’s trademarks may result in:

  • Cease and desist notice
  • Revocation of access to training materials and online classes
  • Withholding of completion certificates or credentials
  • Legal action, if necessary

Program Termination: Winfinite Consulting reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation in the program, service, or coaching without any reimbursement if the student fails to adhere to the program guidelines or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled with care. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information in connection with our program.

As part of our training programs, all live classes are recorded for the benefit of our students. Please note the following:

  • Voice Recordings: Only your voice will be captured in these recordings; your face will not be shown.

  • Access: These recordings are made available exclusively to enrolled students for review and study purposes. They are not shared publicly or with third parties.
