Refund Policy and Payment Terms

At Winfinite Consulting, we are committed to providing a valuable learning experience through our Cybersecurity Programs, which include:

  • Launchpad Program: 10 weeks of live instructor-led classes and 8 self-paced modules
  • Technical Program
  • Career Support Services

To ensure transparency and fairness across all jurisdictions, we have established the following payment and refund terms:

  1. Payment Requirements: All fees for training programs, services, program participation, and digital downloads are non-refundable and must be prepaid. This agreement and its stipulations apply to all training programs, career support services, and any future purchases. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except as explicitly stated below.                                        
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Self-Paced Modules: Access to self-paced modules is billed in full once access has been granted. No refunds will be issued for accessed modules.
    • Live Classes: Once the program has started, students will be billed for all scheduled live classes, regardless of attendance, as each class is prepared and delivered based on the full class roster. Therefore, classes are non-refundable and non-transferable once the program has started. However, credits toward a future cohort may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies provided appropriate evidence (e.g., a physician’s note) is submitted.
    • No Refunds for Completed Programs: No refunds will be issued once a student has completed the program, including all live classes and self-paced modules.
  1. Requesting a Credit: To request a credit, students must submit a written request to admin@winfiniteconsulting.com. Requests will be reviewed within 7 days of submission. If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit toward any of our programs and processed within 7 days of approval.

Winfinite Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website or Learning Management System implies your acceptance of the most up-to-date version of these terms.

By enrolling in our program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting the integrity of our programs.
